Can you check my photo is suitable before I place my order?

If you’re not sure you have suitable photos of your pet for our Superstar Pets Super Stories, you can check our handy detailed photo guide which explains exactly what type of photo is needed. A full photo guide is available on our Your Pet Photos page

If after viewing the guide you are still not sure, you can email your photos to Office@superstarpets-superstories.com and our team will review and let you know if your photos will work.

Can I upload any animal?

We don’t discriminate, we love all animals and can animate just about any species as long as we can clearly see the mouth and eyes.

Can I include more than one pet?

We can only include one pet per story bundle, but if you have more than one pet, we are able to create custom stories featuring multiple pets.

Do you do custom Bedtime Stories?

We are able to create pretty much anything here at Superstar Pets…we have been doing this for 10 Years!

What are your opening hours?

We are based in the UK and are open from 9:00am – 5:00pm GMT Monday to Friday or of course by email Office@superstarpets-superstories.com

We aim to answer all email enquiries within 48 hours.

Can I include more than one child’s name?

Yes, you can include up to 3 child names or family name within the box on the form at purchase – please make sure spelling is correct as we can’t be responsible for typo’s and spelling mistakes.
